I am a dedicated wellness professional with a strong educational background in psychology from Duquesne University. My passion for understanding human behavior and personality was ignited during my time in classes like Childhood Development and Psychology of Personality, which ultimately inspired me to create my Step Into Self program.My journey led me to delve deep into Ayurveda, where I dedicated 750 hours to attain my certification. Working as a Clinical Wellness Assistant and Panchakarma Training Technician at The Ayurveda Integrative Wellness Center, I fell in love with the ancient healing science of Ayurveda. This profound experience motivated me to follow my heart and passion after the loss of my father, prompting me to open my own healing practice, Inner Element Wellness, in 2017.Since then, I have continued to evolve in the wellness industry, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of Ayurveda in my clients' lives. It brings me immense joy to see individuals rediscover their inner light, embrace better health, and live with purpose and passion. Ayurveda's natural healing properties truly resonate with me, and I am dedicated to assisting others on their journey to wholeness.
