Senior Technical Trainer for the Encompass Developer Connect platform. I help customers understand how to programmatically customize Encompass to better meet their mortgage lending flows. Ellie Mae has an SDK based on C# that is used to customized window form interactions and create integrations. Ellie Mae is providing an updated web based platform that uses REST commands. I help customers understand the essentials of REST commands, how to apply Ellie Mae API rest commands to update loans and build integrations, and how to use a C# language wrapper to execute REST commands. I also help develop course content to meet the evolving needs of Ellie Mae Customers. I have helped created Ellie Mae's Encompass Developer Connect focused certification. In answer to a need for more advanced program training, I have developed a four day class with exercises and homework. That course uses C# to develop Ellie Mae REST API commands and uses JavaScript to modify the User Experience in Encompass LO connect.

I work with companies in Asset Management, GRC and Security Operations. I leverage my 10 years of experience in config management to help customers get the most from Enterprise Asset Management. Using my experience in process, I help customers with Governance, Risk and Compliance connect their compliance and audting processes to ServiceNow. With my config management experience I help organizations maximize their Security Incident Response, Vulnerability and Threat Management capabilities with ServiceNow. I have worked with a large health care organization modeling key IT services. Having the service model in place allowed automated processes to generate tickets, enhance information provided on event generated incidents, and to automatically restore services. I have with customers to enhance their Remedy Work Order form by implementing customized service level management integration. I added enhancements to help streamline the implementation of client process. I have worked with customers optimize Atrium CMDB in a highly siloed environment. I have assisted customers with Knowledge Management. I developed a quick CMDB Health Check used by customers to determine what are next steps in their Config Management Process. In the past I have worked with customers to design services that are supported by BMC On Demand. Configuring BMC ITSM Suite and providing customization to enhance end user experience. I have worked with customers to define their Configuration Management roadmaps and have helped implement those roadmaps. For Effect Tech I have built courseware to support Effective Transport version 3. I have worked with and built customizations for Effect Tech Transport 3 - the leading data migration tool for ITSM, CMDB and SRM. I have worked with customers to design and optimize processes around ITSM and help implement BMC Remedy ITSM to support those revised processes. I have assisted in developing Datalink processes for BMC SLM for Transport 3 and 4.

BMC Software provides the industry leading software in Business Service Management. I deliver course ware to help customers understand how to best use their software to manage their IT infrastructure. I regularly review and supply edits for new and on going courses. I develop custom courses for customers who want specialized training. I work with education sale representatives to help customers determine their educational needs. I currently teach classes in BMC Atrium CMDB, advanced level courses in BMC Remedy IT Service Management and the Version 3 ITIL Foundation course.

I was the Middle School Science teacher in this private, non profit middle school. I developed and delivered course curriculum to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students.
