People & Culture (Hr) Generalist
Current*Manage daily HR functions, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff, administering compensation, benefits, and leave, and ensuring the enforcement of company policies and practices.*Serve as the point of contact for employment-related inquiries, assisting employees and supervisors with questions related to HR matters, policies, and complex employee relations issues.*Collaborate with managers to assess workforce needs and ensure qualified candidates are hired by facilitating a streamlined recruitment process, including conducting background checks and verifications.*Oversee new hire orientation and employee recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure seamless integration of new employees.*Administer and monitor HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, and investigations, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.*Maintain detailed records of personnel activity, including new hires, terminations, and promotions, providing HR metrics and reports to management.*Participate in performance management and talent development initiatives, focusing on employee engagement, productivity, and retention.*Support occupational health and safety programs and contribute to the continuous improvement of P&C policies and procedures to align with company goals and industry best practices.
