I'm a recent civil engineering graduate from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. I am thrilled to begin working for WGM Group in Kalispell, MT, starting in June. I have spent two summers interning as a construction materials technician and inspector with Element Materials Technology, and last summer I was an inspector with the South Dakota DOT. Long-term, I want to become a project manager for civil engineering and/or construction, so I believe having experience on both sides of the project will be beneficial to my goals.I have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and I am a skilled writer. I am detail-oriented but also coachable, and I am passionate about learning so I can contribute back to society. I have lab experience testing soil, bituminous, and concrete for structures such as building foundations and roads. I am also ACI certified for the next five years. I have a lot of field experience as well, and I can make educated decisions when problems arise, including when to ask a senior engineer for advice.
