I had a lot of fun creating and developing processes, templates, and automated systems for the customer experience team and enabling a 33% customer base growth over 3 years (while also having strong retention of existing customers!).✨ In my downtime, you'll often catch me hitting the pavement for a run with my dog, exploring the local food scene discovering culinary gems, or immersing myself in travel plans for my next adventure.
