Sydney meets her clients at theirfitness level and develops programs to push them to excel to their absolute best. Sydney Hunter has trained clients of all ages ranging from 7 – 85 years in age. She is skilled in training clients in Olympiclifts, resistance training and sports performance training. She had lead group classes for bootcamps, spin, mobility andstrength and quickly became one of the most sought-after trainers in the gym and was promoted to Lead Trainer whichincluded having responsibility for scheduling employees and implementing gym wide programs and targets.

Sydney Hunter designed and created a weeklong camp for kids ages 7-12 filled with fun activities revolving around fitnessand health. She engaged the youth in games where they learned about healthy ways to live and eat in a manner theyfound both entertaining and understandable.
