• Triaging issues• Classifying issues for further analysis of training needs, business process documentation, or system fixes• Communicating resolutions to end users who have reported issues• Managing any backlog of issues to timely resolution

Onboard new clients into a Medicaid healthcare program, while also supporting existing clients to manage their ongoing care. Responsible for completing projects in areas of need to help strengthen the program.Primary duties include:• Communication- Written, verbal, and listening communication with clients, caregivers and team members. Cross-functional collaboration.• Quality Assurance- Audit enrollment paperwork for all new clients and caregivers entering the program. Implement and train out new strategies to improve accuracy.• Client Onboarding- Lead and support clients through enrollment process into Medicaid funded program. Provide training on program specifics. Review and file confidential paperwork.• Customer Service- Support clients and caregivers, utilizing de-escalation and conflict resolution skills as necessary. Anticipate user questions. Resolve payroll issues.• Training & Development- Coach coworkers through implementing new processes and pre-filling forms and applications. Train clients to utilize new software and troubleshoot issues.

Create and implement plan of care for children with developmental disabilities, using evidence-based interventions. Train and supervise staff, which includes holding staff meetings, creating schedules, and assisting in hiring new staff.

Connect children and their families to needed resources in the community. Monitoring client care and working with a team of providers to ensure client needs are being met.

Implement evidence-based intervention for children diagnosed with developmental disability or severe emotional disturbances.
