- Oversees post-close integration of AMEX GBT’s $750 million Egencia acquisition through cross-functional partnership with process owners, driving the implementation of their fraud prevention and vendor migration programs, executing policy roll-out and training initiatives, and managing internal & external stakeholder relationships to ensure successful exit of transition of service agreements(TSAs) with Expedia. - Serves as Subject Matter Expert in Vendor Onboarding approvals process; executes comprehensive oversight assessments for 1,000+ unique entities to evaluate risk appetite and mitigation, maintains vendor database, provides guidance to vendor relationship managers ensuring their understanding of onboarding requirements with alignment to GBT compliance standards, and prioritizes continuous improvement of Vendor Onboarding Program.- Serves as Project Lead for fraud mitigation workstreams; collaborates with the Product & Technology team to evaluate multi-factor authentication and guest booking deployment roadmap, develops roll-out strategies via analysis of client feedback, and identifies process improvement opportunities.- Serves as Project Lead for Sanctions TSAs exit; partners with Global Regulatory Compliance Systems process owners to support the sanctions controls program implementation via monthly validation of traveler and financial transactions reporting, led remediation discussions with Egencia and GBT’s Product and Technology teams to streamline data reconciliation efforts.

- Supported program governance of Citi’s Operational Resilience key initiative through strategic alliance with pillar teams to drive the implementation of the Operational Resiliency tool, measured program performance against milestones and timelines, facilitated internal & external team meetings, and executed risk & change management & escalation to program leads. - Executed 20+ delivery of monthly & quarterly program status dashboard reports for GPMO Leadership team, liaised with internal & external project teams to implement process improvement for 30+ key performance indicators (KPIs) across 10+ underlying projects. - Created, reviewed and/or approved GPMO training and documentation, including but not limited to: Project Plan/Roadmap, Dependency Logs, Traceability Matrices, Playbooks, RAID Logs, Change Requests and Steering Committee Presentations. - Collaborated with Global Strategic Initiatives internal teams to evaluate technology implementation strategy, provide guidance to internal project teams on compliance standards, and foster quality approach to ensure teams are accountable for delivering end-to-end support model for systems in scope.
