Throughout my life, I have been thrown into many different work environments with a variety of people. These environments have pushed me to become very adaptable and an outgoing individual. I exemplified these qualities in multiple jobs I have obtained over the past few years. As a course attendant, I built relationships with staff, families, and children at Ultimate Ninjas Chicago. Being a brand representative to me means one of three things: intelligence of brand image, experience in customer service, and interpretation of customer needs. I obtained these skills through my experience at Francesca’s Boutique and my current position at Abercrombie & Fitch. In another current position as a Training Sales Associate at a fitness studio, my job is to encourage and push clients to be the best versions of themselves. I work with POS systems, monitor trends daily, and provide members and future clients with the needed resources to ensure their success as an individual. I have maintained these tools and relationships with HOTWORX, an infrared heat exercise program and studio. I intend to become a successful creative director and use my advertising expertise to go into the fashion advertising and graphic design industry. I aspire to create a fashion advertising agency and use graphic design as a tool to get me to that place. In addition to my ambitions, I intend to involve myself in the nonprofit world, as I dream of creating my own one day. Being a board observer of a nonprofit organization has taught me the importance of finding a deeper connection to what and who in the world is in need. From a very young age, my mother and father have taught me the importance of communication, critical thinking, and leadership. These three skills directly impact how customer service is delivered, and ultimately customer satisfaction. Understanding and practicing these skills has given me an advantage in my life.
