As the Senior Manager of Membership & Development, I contribute to two of The WICT Network's largest departments: membership & business development. In this role, I assist the fundraising efforts of the organization by researching and developing new sponsor leads and helping to identify potential member portal companies, both of which are critical to The WICT Network’s future and sustained growth. I am excited to continue to travel to local and global programs and events in support of our stakeholders, while working to diversify The WICT Network’s portfolio and revenue streams.

-Serving as an administrative assistant for a private real estate investment and property management firm. -Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism when managing vendor relationship in multiple markets. -Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft office to help the company streamline and organize all information. -Create monthly financial reports and prepare 1099 forms. -Manage assignments and projects independently, remotely, and on site.

In this role I lead initiatives for volunteer recruitment, engagement and support, including pre-season trainings, mid-season check-ins and end of season celebrations. I also work strengthen relationships by maintaining consistent contact and remaining accessible to all volunteers with the goal of increasing engagement and retention. Lastly, I play a significant role in growing the brand awareness and presence of the Volo City Kids Foundation through outreach events throughout the city.

-Strategically marketed and recruited for the establishment of the organization’s newest chapter at San Diego State University, resulting in 214 new members in a month.-Served as the primary point of contact for the new chapter, oversaw a $100,000 investment, met all recruitment quotas, and generated $225,000 in member revenue within four months.-Assisted in the creation and management of the budget for the chapter, totaling $852,240 and analyzed monthly variance reports for the chapter.-Traveled to 10 chapters across the United States executing strategic consults with university administration, alumnae, advisors, and collegians on a variety of campuses.
