For 15 years, I have been privileged to work in specialized veterinary medicine, focusing on emergency medicine, surgical nursing, and ophthalmology. But it was my profound love for wildlife that fueled my journey towards creating Wild Things Rehabilitation Society - a community-focused wildlife charity in Kelowna. Our passion lies in rescuing and rehabilitating injured and orphaned wildlife, with a vision of releasing them back into their natural habitat. Beyond our hands-on efforts, we firmly believe in the power of education, inspired to educate our community on how to be better stewards of the environment.
