Being a junior at Texas Tech University in the University Studies program has allowed for me to grow in many different areas of importance. Having concentrations in Human Resources, General Business, and Organizational Leadership has given way for me to become a well rounded candidate through being knowledgeable in multiple facets. I am a highly motivated individual with exemplary organization abilities and the willingness to learn and exceed in any task I'm given. Having past work experience in a fast paced environment I have become skilled in multitasking, problem resolution, as well as effective communication mastery. Becoming proficient in these areas has allowed me to hone my interpersonal skills and I am confident that I can work effectively in any environment I am placed in.
