While I maintain true to the Resident Assistant Role I also embody the tasks of overseeing 15 Resident Assistants split between 3 separate on-campus housing locations as a Resident Assistant Director. I was able to establish a budget with two other Resident Assistant Directors for various on-campus residence halls which has been implemented for the remainder of the academic year and beyond. All documentation of resident interactions and community builder initiatives were submitted to me via email and logged in a spreadsheet on a monthly basis. I also conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with the Resident Assistant staff and serve in on-call rotations.

As shift leader I am certified through ServSafe to assure all health and safety guidelines are followed, all team members are carrying out expected duties and the store is closed and opened properly.
