-Developing multiple design schemes for project interiors-Producing renderings for client presentations-Preparing presentation documents for client meetings-Detailing and documenting final design in Construction Drawings-Preparing finishes and fixtures schedules including furniture and specifications

-Reviewing design concerns for all projects from conception to completion-Analyzing progress drawings and improving space planning of residential units, back of house spaces, and lobby/amenity areas.-Specifying finishes, plumbing fixtures, appliance packages, and lighting fixtures for buildings-Producing renderings for internal purposes-Designing and furnishing model units, sales offices, lobbies and residential lounges -Completing takeoffs to gather material quantity estimates-Attending site meetings to follow building progress-Working with third party marketing teams to develop building design-Projects worked on include: Essex Crossing in Manhattan, Hahne's & Company in Newark, Fifth & Wythe in Brooklyn, The Niko in Manhattan, and St. Barnabas in the Bronx
