In the meantime, I have completed the HRCI, Associate Professional In Human Resources (aPHR).My career journey began as an HR Administrative Assistant with Edkey Inc., where I helped reorganize the department's clerical system and updated processes to improve the auditing systems. As a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist, I had the privilege of onboarding new employees to the company and leading recruiting events to find aspiring and seasoned Education Professionals.Over the past three years, I have worked in various HR positions, including HR Coordinator and HR Specialist, where I have had the opportunity to develop and implement policies and programs that promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
