• Obtain, track, and organize data of every service provided for every site as well as the results, tests, and services provided for each patient seen• Contact and organize sites for business partners to receive testing in a timely manner and ensure they receive results early• In charge of entering and verifying billing codes for each service a patient receives into system. • Contact and coordinate with labs to ensure patients receive results, pickups are scheduled, and supplies are stocked

• Arrive early to office to prepare and stock van to ensure all supplies is ready for site• Set up site and supplies as well as establish best work flow to ensure an organized site • Verifying patient information is correct, entering orders into patient system, as well as MICR, and closing out appointments• Managing all staff on site, helping with any technological difficulties, and answering any questions that come from other staff or patients

• Greet patients that approach the Mobile Unit with great customer service, understanding what service each patient wants, and answering questions they may have• Intaking patients into the system and collecting necessary personal information for each service requested• Help site lead set up and take down everything before and after every site
