I am a current Junior in Indiana University's Kelley School of Business studying Marketing and Business Analytics with minors in Spanish and Psychology. I grew up in Dallas, Texas and graduated top 8% from Highland Park High School in 2022. I am an extremely dedicated and diligent student, and I also find time to get involved. I love working in environments that value community just as much as I do. At school I have found this environment in both my social sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta, and through my involvement in Best Buddies. I hold officer positions in both organizations, and I value the opportunity I have to make an impact on both organizations. I perform well in high achievement and goal oriented environments. Within a team I am always willing to step up and delegate in order to produce the best outcome. As a leader, I emphasize building a positive morale within a group where all members feel valued and included because the best outcomes come from collaboration and communication. Whenever I am assigned a new group for a project, I first ask each member what their strengths and preferences are because when people enjoy their work, they perform better.I am currently seeking an education focused internship to continue building my skills and provide me with real world experiences. I would love to work for a company focused on innovation, community values, and building strong relationships between customers and teammates.
