CurrentManager: -Coordinate with shift team members to effectively satisfy guest experience's-Communicate with any customers who were unsatisfied with their experience and come to a solution-Handle any unexpected issues that arise to ensure everything runs as smooth as possibleTable Worker:- Make all orders in a timely manner- Coordinate with other table workers to ensure all food is made and plated correctly - Ensure the food prep station is stocked and sanitized. Drive Through: - Greet and take customer's orders and repeat back- Upsell deserts and drinks, - Bag all orders correctly and stock and sanitize stationServer:- Greet all guests- Answer customer questions about the menu - Take orders while managing up to 10 table sections- Coordinate with other servers- Serve drinks and food in timely manner- Ensure all tables are satisfied with their order, handle conflict resolution with customers as needed- Keep section and station stocked and sanitized
