Sr Supervisor
• Manage a team of diverse professionals to ensure high quality operations management, product delivery, analytical solutions, and customer service while continuously seeking innovative ways to solve complex technology and business problems.• Develop, implement, and manage strategic priorities for help desk and analytical support personnel that directly align with broader local and System initiatives.• Oversee financial, operational, compliance, and strategic reporting responsibilities provided to the Federal Reserve System’s Conference of First Vice Presidents, Subcommittee of Human Resources, and Financial Management governance groups.• Plan, forecast, analyze and manage the department’s $4M budget while ensuring proper stakeholder communication through monthly budget reporting.• Utilize breadth of enterprise knowledge and expertise to effectively drive goal attainment for complex cross-functional work groups across Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement business lines.• Assess talent as a hiring manager with thorough screening of applicant qualifications compared to job requirements and expectations throughout the interview process.
