Here I utilised IMC tactics to target audiences across multiple channels, whether that be building brand awareness with one target market, or educating on an issue to another. I collaborated with agencies to produce testimonial videos with key clients, optimise the website for accessibility and SEO, as well as create complex website design elements, plus partnering with a PR agency to publish press releases in regional and business publications.

In my industrial placement, I directed the IMC strategy for a new online exercise project; using channels including email, social media, partner events, influencer marketing and print, achieving 2000+ attendees in the first 3 months. Work was driven by developing positive working relationships with external partners within 100% Digital Leeds, Leeds University and Neighbourhood Networks to promote projects to volunteers and participants. Meanwhile, I worked flexibly across projects, managing ‘Getting Active and Online’ and a men's ‘Film and TV Club’ whilst upholding other duties, such as evaluating completed projects and bookkeeping. Whilst interning at Branswer, I designed their monthly newsletter to share with subscribers and composed social media posts daily for Twitter, increasing profile visits by 256.4% in the first 28 days of taking over the account.

At the society my contributions included developing ideas to promote Enactus further, such as strategic targeting for volunteer recruitment and community driven social media posts.I also wrote the 2019 Annual Report to communicate Enactus Leeds' strategic ambitions, as well as designing posters to promote activities for release to over 38,000 students.

At Currys I communicated with up to 80 customers daily, aiding in selection of products by establishing needs, meanwhile exceeding KPIs; the target for insurance sales was 16%, and I achieved an average of 25%.My role included processing transactions, cashing up tills, handling refunds and exchanges, all to audit standards, whilst also assisting to train new team members on these activities.
