Supervised, directed, and monitored 200 customer service agents and 15 supervisors. Implemented a customer service program and provided extensive customer service training to employees which resulted in a rapid decline in customer complaints and a rise in on-time performance for the airline. Interfaced with local government agencies (TSA, Customs and Border Patrol, FAA) and other airlines to meet local requirements and create a positive relationship with alliance members. Applied overtime and budgetary controls to meet departmental and company goals. Developed, completed and maintained various operational statistical reports. Responsible for the development, discipline, and HR needs for the international dept, as well as maintaining employee personnel files, scheduling of those employees, and payroll for the entire department.
