Quickly promoted to Legal Placement Consultant, responsible for all non-attorney recruiting for both the temporary and permanent placement divisions. 5 years as Staffing Manager/Placement Consultant, running a successful desk employing over 100 temporary employees daily. Recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, matching candidates to clients’ needs, and customer service. In 1999, I became the Branch Manager for the company's largest branch (Chicago), managing 10 employees and handling all day to day operations. In addition, I had Area Manager responsibilities over our Minneapolis branch and was a member of the Executive Team, responsible for setting the direction of the company through 3 acquisitions/mergers.
