  -Work with all stakeholders to review incoming research studies for appropriate documentation, content and feasibility; redesign if needed and manage applicable internal and client communications.-Liaison between the project management and sales teams, identifies areas where workflow adjustments are needed to improve study quality and success, and implements the solutions.-Lead workgroups to identify areas where workflow and documentation adjustments are needed to ensure study quality. All standard operating procedures/controlled documents must be appropriately managed and updated according to current protocols and regulations. -Review all work order drafts prior to signature routing to ensure the contract exactly matches the study design details that were approved.-Analyze, compile, and present monthly data to department leaders and C-suite executives on operational issues and project modifications to identify trends and develop solutions. Manages implementation of agreed upon solutions involving workflow adjustments, documentation updates, pricing, and appropriate communication with all relevant parties.-Assists with new study and change order pricing according to the applicable design pricing structure. Also assists with work order generation from Master Services agreements when needed.
