Working as a sales associate with the LOFT OUTLET, I grew my personal retail skills by being able to experience something new every day. I practiced building consumer relationships, became highly familiar with register operations, and mastered my knowledge on store procedures and policies.

During my time with Michael Kors, I had my first experience with handling merchandise, customer assistance, and learning how to do several transactions at the register. I quickly expanded my brand knowledge when I learned all the handbag styles, names, types of leather, and colors. I finished my time with a better understanding on how to be a successful sales associate.
