As part of the scheme I studied to complete a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship. This involved exams, coursework, classroom workshops and an interview as part of the end point assessment.The course covered the below topics: -The principles of data, including open and public data, administrative data and research data.-The differences between structured and unstructured data, and the fundamentals of data structures.-The approaches to combining data from different sources, the quality risks inherent in data and how to mitigate or resolve these.-Organisational data architecture, approaches to organisational tools and methods for data analysis.As part of my day to day role, my activities included:-Running reports and providing data to support requests to various stakeholders within the business at all levels on a monthly, weekly and ad-hoc basis.-Supporting to ensure system ticket requests are resolved in a timely fashion and that SLA’s are met.-Serving as first point of contact for HR System queries and issues whilst completing a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Data Analytics.-Learnt basic SQL as part of the apprenticeship.

I also assisted putting out new tickets and promotional shelf labels during changeover period whilst ensuring the store was legally compliant. I also assisted with stock counts and ensuring these were as accurate as possible.I often trained new partners who joined the business, and partners who were cross training in a new area of the branch.
