In Coordination with the Chief Technology Officer, my responsibilities include ensuring that product and design teams are aligned on user experience vision, strategy and goals. I insure communication, brand and the user experience standards. I oversee implementation of digital content and interaction design including but not limited to front-end web, mock-ups and graphic design. The CDO is a key management position in the company and is an integral part of Spooler’s next stage of growth.CDO (Chief Design Officer) Responsibilities:* Deliver well designed digital and web projects that meet Spooler user experience standards.* Build and define product and product user experience vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with the company's overall strategy and goals.* Create, plans, and deliver presentations on new design and proposed UX strategies.* Provide design direction and coaching to freelance designers, and internal design team.* Track applicable project activities in company CRM (Hubspot) system and keep current by monitoring emails and accounts regularly.* Communicate with clients, and prospect new potential B2B design opportunities.* Maintain a well-developed pipeline of B2B design prospects.* Develop strong, ongoing relationships with B2B design prospects and clients.* Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize workflow efficiency.

Director of the Digital Marketing Educational Program (DiGiUL) at Urban League of Eastern MA

Teach a Design and Technology course at Emerson College in the Writing, Literature + Publishing Department. Primary focus is the Adobe Creative Cloud Products : InDesign, Illustrator + Photoshop.

Worked as an in house designer for Houghton Mifflin in the McDougal Littell and School divisions. During my time in the School Division, I worked in the ancillaries design group and was primary contact and project manager for Math Grades K-2 and Social Studies Grade K-6. My work experience includes:Template design, project management, style sheets and working closely with editorial and production staff to meet close deadlines

Develop and teach weekly classes for University students, staff and faculty; plan and implement annual fund-raising events; develop and implement marketing strategies and informational displays to promote continued customer interest; lead weekly staff meetings; actively participate in staff development and training; manage craft center in absence of senior supervisor.
