I’m a passionate and results-driven event and operations coordinator with a strong background in sports management, currently working as an Event Program Coordinator for the University Interscholastic League (UIL). I specialize in planning, executing, and overseeing large-scale athletic events, managing everything from logistics and compliance to vendor coordination and support staff oversight. With hands-on experience managing state championships, professional sporting events, and private corporate events, I pride myself in bringing a high level of attention to detail and organization to every project I tackle. Before joining UIL, I worked at Austin FC, where I played a key role in daily operations and event coordination for the first team, Austin FC II as well as the academy teams. I’ve also coordinated high-profile private events at Q2 Stadium, overseeing logistics, budget management, and client relationships, all while maintaining a focus on meaningful and memorable experiences.In addition to my professional experience, I’ve honed my leadership skills through roles like president of the University of Texas at Austin Handball Team and vice president of the Sport Management Club, where I led tournaments planning and execution, managed finances, and organized networking events for my peers.I thrive in fast-paced environments, love collaborating with teams to solve problems, and am always looking for ways to improve processes and create memorable experiences.
