I am responsible for providing creative services to staff across the organization to help identify and deliver on communications -related needs, and also for providing guidance and oversight for LSSND's Communications services. My work requires planning and latitude in making decisions and completing assignments. Resourcefulness and the ability to problem solve are necessary to resolve complex situations presented to me. I collaborate and contribute to the discussions across the LSSND family of services to operationalize innovations and shared service activities. Lastly, I serve as the point of contact for the Communications services and represent the organization with external partners, as needed.

I am responsible for supporting the organization's efforts to develop and implement communications strategies both internally and externally. I collaborate with colleagues to achieve brand consistency, coordination of messages, and the highest standards for external communications. I work with both print and electronic media including social media, websites, newsletters and other print publications.

I work in the Communications Department at Lutheran Social Services to help provide fresh and innovative ideas to create both brand awareness and brand differentiation across a variety of media.

I worked with Kelner Communications to improve their social media presence and provide them with fresh and creative ideas for their website.
