•Manage social media presence and content planning, creation, editing, and publishing across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,  Pinterest, Google Business, and the blog•Maintain consistent brand messaging through original creative content across social media to build community connections and increase engagement•Improve by recording and analyzing monthly metrics and insights across all social media accounts•Photograph weekly menu changes at the girl & the fig and the fig cafe & winebar, as well as at fig rig appearances, Suite D pop-ups, and events at The Rhone Room•Create digital and print promotional materials and advertisements using InDesign•Write stories and conduct interviews for the seasonal Fig Chronicles newspaper •Engage with customers on social media to answer questions, respond to feedback, facilitate conversations, and drive overall community engagement and conversations•Design and publish promotional emails using MailChimp to over 7,000 email subscribers

•Conduct research for client projects for Autodesk and Kaiser Permanente to assist the Client Strategy team with project kickoffs •Review all Kaiser Permanente layouts to locate and correct errors in order to ensure consistency and accuracy across each stage of all projects •Create detailed project schedules in Excel for the team and the client•Assist in developing and editing storyboards for Kaiser Permanente national commercials
