With over seven years of experience in project management, development, and asset management, I am passionate about creating beautiful and functional spaces for seniors that enhance their quality of life and well-being. I currently work as a Project Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, a leading provider of senior living services and solutions in the US and Canada.As a Project Manager, I developed Sunrise's Unit Renovation Program from scratch, and I am responsible for scoping, specifying, and executing thousands of renovations across our communities. I balance the needs and preferences of our residents and owners, and incorporate design features that allow our residents to age in place gracefully. I also oversee $15M+ in capital budgeted for renovating units, and ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality standards. I use my analytical, people, and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage contractors and vendors, and solve problems creatively. I am proud to be part of a team that strives to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
