Successful post implementation follow up and resolution of conflicts, interacting with SAP core team in India. Major achievements involve the following: Completed initiative to obtain Importers License for Mexican site and overall re-engineering of importation processes in order to obtain cost efficiencies that now are recurrent; successful financial re-structure of debt and capital, resulting in a better position and decreased exposure to volatility in exchange rates; implemented cash-flow turnaround providing and enhanced collection system using Internet and bringing the site to best ever cash-flow performance and working capital management.
