Hello, I’m Sydney Ratledge, and I am an HR Associate with NOVONIX. I am a Tennessee Technological University Graduate. I hold a Bachelors degree in General Business Management, with a minor in Human Resource Management. A couple of my proud milestones during my education were I was given the opportunity to study abroad with Tennessee Tech’s College of Business in Spain and completed a summer internship with Target which allowed me to learn and grow in my personal development to become the leader that I want to be. In my current role I have been able to learn in all the different facets of HR, and be apart of unique opportunities. This early in my career it is crucial to continuously improve and learn which I am personally doing by pursuing a MBA in Human Resource Management to continue to open doors in my career.
