Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of procedures in the general areas of student recruitment and admissions. Manages the operations of the Admissions Office and works closely with the Enrollment Management team to establish strategic enrollment objectives of the College. Substantial record of success in developing and implementing enrollment plans that produce strong applicant pools and enrollment enhancements. Leading and motivating staff to achieve goals, expertise with various computer and database systems including a CRM, and uses technology and analytics in admissions operations and strategies. Collaborated with the Senior Director of Enrollment to develop and coordinate smart, creative, effective, and efficient travel strategies to stabilize existing markets and grow in new markets. Worked with the Enrollment team in the creation and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for enhancing relationships with high school counselors, college advisers, educational consultants, community-based agency leaders, and other key external stakeholders. Responsibilities included assisting office staff in maintaining files and databases, preparing reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and correspondence. Developed job descriptions and assigned duties to other staff as appropriate. Other responsibilities included scheduled appointments for patients and managed doctors’ schedules, assisted in the preparation of budgets and creating a data track of needs and wants. A specific project that I directly spearheaded was making the office paperless by consolidating all the x-ray, photographic images, treatment plans and administrative paperwork on the office server.

Counseled prospective students and families, responded to admission inquires via phone, gave campus tours, and covered the reception desk. Created marketing and advertising initiatives and assisted in the execution of those ideas.

Responsibilities included enhancing the quality of life in the residence halls, including fostering the community, supporting and being attentive to safety and security of residents. Served in a residence hall in which I was the youngest student. Ability to adapt to the changing needs of students. Created programs and hosted events designed for the residents.

Engaged in all outreach towards prospective students and their families and attended all open houses. Guided tours on a regular basis to visitors. Traveled and spoke at off campus Admissions events.
