Bookkeeper
Current- Track monthly retainer billings, prepare and send invoices to clients, and apply incoming payments.
- Handle accounts payable weekly.
- Organize client expenses to prepare and send monthly expense invoices, and compile receipt and support staff overtime backup when requested by clients.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations to be reviewed by the COO, and ensure transactions are correctly coded.
- Compile publicist commission spreadsheets monthly.
- Establish and maintain contact with clients to ensure easy communication if questions arise.
