One More Time is the natural extension of my career in dance instruction. One More Time offers choreography for competitions and performances, workshops and intensives for all levels of dancers in a variety of styles, and judging / critiques of live performances and pieces submitted in a video format. Styles offered include jazz, contemporary, hip hop, lyrical, hip hop, and character/broadway.

My main responsibilities were research and proposal support. My research was largely in response to current events that may have an effect on Black & Veatch's energy business and included market research and company profiles for potential clients and partners. I supported proposals for a fast-paced segment of the energy business. With short lead-times and fast turn-arounds, I worked with professionals from various disciplines to compile and package information for potential clients. Additionally, I provided coordination and processing for professionals attending and presenting at an industry-specific international conference.

I planned and executed a community event series that served as a model for events that continue today. I created a grant application plan to match potential growth areas and programs our team developed. I provided supplementary training to fellow interns for our wine business. I wrote a special event guideline and contract and offered a suggested pricing model to provide additional income to the foundation. Finally, I helped support new digital campaigns by writing copy for social media and the company website.

I grew up with dance as an outlet at this studio. It is a passion that I still hold. My former instructor invited me to teach for her, and I found such joy in sharing that passion and discipline with young dancers. I taught a variety of styles to students aged 5-18. You don't know meeting management and multi-tasking until you have tried to teach 7 year olds ballet.

I processed and reviewed submittals against strict design specs, coordinated subcontracts, and wrote reports for a $19M hospital expansion in the Poconos. My greatest accomplishment in this position was identifying 2 critical errors in drawing documents before those elements of the expansion were completed, allowing time to make the appropriate adjustments and develop a solution.
