As a hospitality professional and an event management student, I am passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests and clients. I am currently working as a front desk employee at Dolphin Point Villas, a luxury resort in Key Largo, where I provide excellent customer service, handle reservations, and assist with event logistics.I have also gained valuable event coordination and hosting skills from my previous roles at Ruth's Chris Steak House and Backwater Jacks, where I organized and managed various dinner parties and luncheons. I have demonstrated my ability to work with diverse teams, handle multiple tasks under pressure, and use Microsoft Office effectively. Additionally, I have a ServSafe Food Handler certification, which shows my commitment to food safety and quality.I am pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Event Management at University of Central Florida, where I have learned the fundamentals of event planning, design, marketing, and budgeting, as well as the importance of communication, teamwork, and leadership. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities in the hospitality industry, and to contribute to its growth and innovation.
