• Planning, scheduling, and monitor audit & supervise the auditors /audit team while conducting audits, preparing audit reports, reviewing audit reports & dispatching audit reports within the timeframe. • Responsible for carrying out investigation for any incident in Li & Fung Listed Factories in • Handled WAL-MART, KOHL’S, AEO, GYMBOREE, CARTER’S, BELK, and Promo Environmental audit. • Designing & performing the “Capacity Building” approach/method to uplift the standard in the supply base as a business partner to ensure sustainability. • Conducted “Train the Trainer” on Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving for suppliers in Bangladesh. • Participating at ACCORD & ALLIANCE office with factories as an ACTIVE BRAND representative on the CAP approval meeting, technical discussion, and for the respective CAP remediation process. • Designing and implementation of Training, Developments, and motivation program for the team & corporate colleagues. • Sharing each audit summary to sourcing division, Factory &Customer Relationship Manages at HK • Arranging 3P (sourcing team +Concern factory + VCS team) meeting for a viable corrective action plan. • Maintain liaison with different buyers, clients, stakeholders, NGOs, Legal agencies & advisory bodies. • Designing compliance team, operational activities, methods and prepare guidelines in the aspect of Social Compliance, EHS, EMS, FIRE, ELECTRICAL & BUILDING SAFETY AUDIT, C-TPAT, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX in the supply chain to ensure sustainability in the supply base.
