* Develop Business of Legrand (Legrand LCS3 structured cabling system, Enclosures, Cable Management system ), Legrand Online UPS, Legrand Protection device, in Bangladesh market.* Generate queries for Legrand Data center solutions, Online UPS, arrange technical meeting, financial proposal submission & follow-up up to complete project. * Develop Legrand sales strategy for the country, plan and execute business plans.* Regularly meet with System Integrators, Distributors & ISPs to develop sales.* Regular visits for new projects of RMG Sector, Group of companies, LPG plant, Govt projects, etc.* Visiting potential clients to explore new markets.* Look after Project based sales. Development like documentation, product approval, follow up, liaison maintain, confirmation of PO and up to completion of project. * Lead Corporate Sales Team. Provide necessary training to team members.* Work effectively alongside other departments to ensure integrated approach to customer.

Development like documentation, product approval, followup, liaison maintain, confirmation of PO and up to completion of project. * Actively working on Metro Rail project & Airport Terminal-3 project.* Regular visit new project of RMG, Group of companies, power plant, LPG plant, govt project so on. *. Communicate with System Integrator as well as ISP, vendor etc* Monitor team members activities, guide and motivate to achieve organizational goal* Lead Corporate Sales Team.
