As an Assistant Manager Publication at UMT, I manage and educate a team of 19 Editorial Assistants, launch and supervise over 25 research journals, and provide technical and production support for the online journal system (OJS). I have successfully implemented the journal management system to make the editorial process more efficient and streamlined.I am also a Founder of my own venture, where I leverage my digital marketing expertise and certification to plan and execute effective marketing strategies for the call for papers and other research-related events. I have a passion for enhancing the visibility and impact of research and academia, and I have been recognized as an Official Mendeley Advisor/Trainer and a Keynote Speaker on various topics related to research and publication.I hold an MBA degree in Human Resources Management from BZU, where I graduated with a 1st Position Award in 2015. I have developed strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills through my academic and professional experiences.
