• Taking care of the End To End Pan-India Outstation Recruitment for Voice / Finance & Accounting / Tech Support / Testing and Transaction Requirements from across ORISSA / JHARKHAND / BIHAR / West Bengal / Andra Pradesh / Tamil Naidu which all come under Bhubaneswar Region, and cater to its India based centers in Delhi / Gurgoan / Noida / Hyderabad / Jaipur & Kolkata .• Manage all GENPACT Vendors located in multiple states (outside of the company’s delivery locations) to cater to the company’s planned growth in the months/years ahead.• Highest Campus Hiring Numbers Made in Genpact till date.• Maintain and build relations with all stakeholders’ incl. vendors, employees, governments of different states, University placement officers and Higher Education departments, training institutes, company management, process owners etc.• Promote and Market the GENPACT brand in ORISSA / JHARKHAND / BIHAR / West Bengal / Andra Pradesh / Tamil Naidu • Reducing the attrition of the company from 31% to below 25% for voice hiring.•Participated in numerous government and industry expos, Higher Education Department exhibitions, and corporate and college campuses across the Eastern and South Eastern states of India to create brand awareness and to drive hiring numbers. This substantially helped to improve GENPACT image in the marketplace to an ‘Employer of Choice’ from zero/minimal visibility at the time of joining the company. • Was able to recruit over 2000 new hires from territory assigned since taking charge with a small team, including achieving the highest number of joinees from Bhubaneswar Region, India consecutively for the last Three years.
