• Reviewing & Approving the Program of Works as per Clause 8.3 of FIDIC• Issuing the necessary Site Instruction for Request for Change as per Clause 13.3 • Reviewing & recommending the Contractors Monthly Payment as per Clause 14.3 .• Recommending the Extension of Time for Completion for issued Site Instructions as per Clause 8.4 of FIDIC• Reviewing & recommending the Contractor’s Claim as per Clause 20.1• Issuing the Taking Over Certificate (TOC) to the Contractor as per Clause 10.1 & 10.2 of FIDIC Yellow Book First Edition 1999• Following the Contractor Progress of Works as per Clause 8.6 of FIDIC. • Reviewing & Recommending the Value Engineering as per Clause 13.2 of FIDIC.• Activating the Provisional Sum Items of Contract as per Clause 13.5• Issuing IFC Drawings & Contract Documents to the Contractor• Reviewing & Approving Contractor’s Safety Implementation Program and ensuring an implementation of all Safety regulations on the Project.• Coordinating with Authorities to obtain Building Permit, CEMP, Mobilization Permit, Permit to Work, Fire & Safety approvals etc. • Monitoring the Contractor’s Deliverables.• Preparing the Risk Assessment and maintaining the Risk Register. • Monitoring the KPIs for Major Critical Activities and monitoring CPI from Contractor’s Program.• Monitoring & Following Up for procurement & delivery of long lead items.• Getting approval from client for final finishes items with mock ups.• Drafting a necessary Site Instructions for client to be issued to the Contractor.• Charing the weekly & monthly Progress & review meetings.• Preparing the list of critical items with all stake holders and resolving these issues.• Reviewing the IFC Drawings & Specification and raising to client in case of any discrepancy with our proposals & recommendation.• Doing all coordination with Authorities and other stake holders.• Reviewing & Approving the As Built Drawings & Handingover Dossier.

• Reviewing the feasibility Study and giving the comments to design Consultant.• Reviewing the concept design to develop the final design.• Reviewing the Design Development Drawings.• Reviewing the PMC & Design Consultants Contracts prior to issue.• Monitoring the Progress of Design Consultant as per their approved schedule.• Reviewing the Tender Drawings prior to issue for tenders• Floating the Tender invitations for all the Packages• Doing the Tender Analysis and preparing comparative statement for all the Tenders.• Negotiating with the Contractors for all the Packages in line with allocated budgets.• Issuing IFC Drawings & Contract Documents to the Contractor.• Reviewing the contract agreements for the Enabling Contractor, Main Contractor and other nominated Sub-Contractors• Issuing invitation for Prime Cost items, preparing rate analysis for PC items, recommending the suppliers for PC items in terms of technical & commercial competency• Reviewing Value Engineering to reduce the allocated budget of the Project.• Reviewing & Approving Contractor’s Safety Implementation Program and ensuring an implementation of all Safety regulations on the Project.• Coordinating with Authorities to obtain Building Permit, CEMP, Mobilization Permit, Permit to Work, Fire & Safety approvals etc. • Monitoring & Controlling the Progress of Works as per approved Base Line Program, Reviewing & Monitoring Contractor’s weekly & Monthly Look Ahead Program.• Monitoring the Contractor’s Deliverables.• Preparing the Risk Assessment and maintaining the Risk Register. • Monitoring the KPIs for Major Critical Activities and also monitoring CPI from Contractor’s Program.• Monitoring & Following Up for procurement & delivery of long lead items.• Reviewing Contractor’s RFIs and preparing their responses.• Finalizing the Prime Cost items• Finalizing the Variation Orders in terms of Time & Cost with Contractors and giving our recommendation to CEO.
