The primary objective of the services provided by the customer to achieve the levels of applications availability to meet business requirements.• Meeting with STC and Sub contractors to improve the ongoing technology and services with the help technical feedback about Incident services.• Managing customers Hardware software implementation projects• Understanding project requirement and assigning Professional service resources• Providing solution for existing & New IT Infrastructure, Telecom, Call center, Security, Wireless, and Networking.• Managing STC Support and Maintenance project for kiosk Machine kingdom wide• Managing and supervising 25 + resources to ensure meet the agreed level of SLA• Arranging Technical Resources for ongoing or new projects in pipeline• Automation Technical issue in order to streamline the Projects• Coordinating with customer and sub-contractors for quality and Project control• Services and reporting as committed to in an SLA, penalties and justification for delay reason based on the penalties.• Managing as a middleware between internal technical team with STC requirement for additional task to be carried out agreed service level of deadlines.• Managing training session for ongoing projects to technical team.• Managing and developed with external vendor to enhance the automation of Incident system on both ends and providing reports based on the STC requirement with higher efficiency and productivity throughout the process.• Managing completing (Customer Relationship Management) system and enhancing with modification when as required.• Hiring additional and technical resources based on the project requirement

The project involved nationwide implementation of a banking software named SIB2000. SIB2000 is a 3-tier banking software running on CICS/DB2 on the mainframe, and as a client, Windows NT 4.0 server using Microsoft SQL Server in the branch server. The role included implementation, installation and troubleshooting of the Windows NT 4.0 server, configuration of DHCP & WINS, planning a backup schedule, recovery in case of server crashing, creating user accounts, making policy and providing consultancy for all of the related problems. Also involved with the administration and configuration of Microsoft SNA 4.0 and configuration of LU’s and EICON cards for SDLC links.
