I am responsible for the management of all contract resources working on client sites on behalf of Panzer. This is a key role as I have to ensure that anyone working on our behalf represents us in appropriate manner and delivers over and above what the customer might expect.To be successful, I focus on three key areas. The first one is identifying the right people the second is matching the right people to the right Client and role and the third (and often forgotten) is keeping in contact with the client and contract base to make sure that everything is working well.

-Acted as the liaison between the Client and the Company -Took decision on acquiring new clients and helped Business Development team to close deals efficiently.-Took Responsibility of team performance and onetime delivery, Guided and motivated the team to perform on highly stressed fast paced environment.-Trained new Hires and made them accustomed with the new work environment and process.-Did ground level recruiting and final Telephone screening of candidates submitted by the fellow recruiters.-Did regular follow up with the client on day to day basis to receive new Job Orders and Feedback.-Kept track of every candidate submitted and took updates on their status from the client on daily basis. -Helped candidates to prepare for in-person and Telephonic Interviews and kept them in loop with latest updates from the client.-Did paper work to receive purchase orders and filed those accordingly for further use.

-Was responsible for taking Technical & Regular call of the customers.-On call support for the customers who are facing problems with their Set Top Boxes.-Involved in solving core technical issues.-Worked on Sieble to change the customer packages.
