• To deal with Emergency situation in case of emergency as Emergency Task Force Leader and react quickly to minimize the consequences of the events, communicate to higher ups• Provide field support during pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup of new facilities including field EH&S observations and interventions during Construction and pre-commissioning activities.• Incorporate EH&S into all aspects of operating discipline development and delivery demonstrating knowledge and importance of EH&S in plant operations.• Involving PSSR (Pressure Systems Safety Regulations) safety inspection team member. Participate and coordinate work processes during pre-commissioning and Commissioning including field inspections, planning and tracking of work execution, punch listing, P&ID checks, etc… • To investigate Accident /Incident / Near misses in co-ordation with investigation team, this is formed for the purpose and proposes solution in order to avoid recurrence.• To ensure the smooth operation and firm condition of the EHS equipment, apparatus / machineries, i.e. fire pumps, fire hydrants, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, fire alarm system etc. for any emergency situation.• Familiar with all kind of documents i.e. checklist, P&lDs, PFDs etc..• Carry out plant Safety inspection / EHS audit in order to observe the condition of work and the work practices and procedure applied by workers and recommended measures to be adopted to prevent unsafe action.• Monitor the record of air emission, waste generation, ground water etc. • Ensure compliance to refinery safety standards for handling hazardous & toxic substances, such as hydrocarbons and H2S. Statutory compliance. • • • Conducting IIF Supervisory skills Training and IIF Orientation training/safety awareness program for sub-contractor supervisor staff and other employees.

10 Years of experience as SAFETY FIELD in Oil & gas industries on-shore and off-shore plant, Petrochemical & Fertilizer industries in Gulf & India. Has the capability and experience to handle the HSE activities such as training/auditing/Equipment Inspection, assessing to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory agency requirements and Environmental protection. Knowledgeable in the development and application of safety measure that are vital in the construction and operating plant grass-root and off shore projects. Capable to impose strict implementation of the company and client safety policy, job safety analyses, project-specific safety plans and relevant regulation on any project contracted by the company.
