• Prepare work schedules for Construction (Onshore ) using PRIMAVERA -P6 • Monitor project progress, update schedules and advice action to meet the baseline schedules, if delayed. • Involved in developing / maintaining and managing the Project schedules from conceptual to handing over of the project.• Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for each Project. • Assign all proper resources according to the needs of every project; managing the workload.• A passion for teamwork, integrity, learning and continuous improvement• Keeps continuously updated on developments and new technologies in the oil & gas industry.• Provide up to date data and summary on progress matters as and when needed.• Define and improve rules and methodologies for planning• Preparing Daily report, Weekly report & Monthly report as per the requirement of Client and Contractor.• Monitoring the site progress and prepare Weekly & Monthly ‘look ahead schedule’ to maintain objectives and agreed milestones.• Monitoring & updating the Man-hours (Direct & Indirect) database simultaneously according to the site activities.• Preparing Progress Report’s “S” curves – Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or as required by the Client.• Establish and lead Weekly Planning Progress meetings with lead engineers to monitor planned progress activity.• Handling the Piping Hydro-Test Packages database according to Punch list & Reinstatement, etc.• Resource Planning: To work out detailed resource Requirement based on standard productivity norms.

• Study project drawings, specifications and method of measurements related to take off process.• Planning the work in day advance as per man power & priority the work schedule.
