I worked as part of different "Two Pizza Teams" where my main task was to improve user experience through user research and competitor analysis.I was part of the team that worked on Amazon Prime and Amazon Fire.Work Process1. Brainstorm: Our research team would interview a diverse demographic and share ideas as to how we can improve the current product and identify the problem that needs to be addressed.2. Define: We defined the ideas that we had discussed in the brainstorming phase, next we would start defining the strategy and the user journey that was required to solve the problem at hand.3. Design: We coordinated with the design team to develop wireframes and prototypes to give us a solid understanding of user journey and user interaction, next we moved to designing the UI according to the UI guide and the schema that was defined int the define phase.4. Test: We generally conducted 2 types of tests and this was the phase where my role was the most prominent one. Alpha Test: Designed prototypes were sent to the stakeholders and QA Engineers for a final evaluation and the next step was decided according to their feedback. Beta Test: Ready product was shared with communities to help us understand how the general customer interacted with the product and further steps were taken accordingly.5. Launch: This is where we celebrated the launch and the marketing strategists started their work to ensure the product had the right spotlight and was launched on all relevant platforms.

My main job description was to communicate with IKEA logistics partners and ensure timely delivery. During my time at IKEA I was able to polish my communication and project management skills which helped me manage orders with frugality.
