• Responsible for reimbursement of warranty claims from Renault.• Provide timely preapprovals from manufacturer’s Hub representatives when and where required.• Arrange goodwill approvals to warranty team for supporting loyal customers.• Monitor goodwill expenditure in all regions and assure that they confirm with Renault standards. • Guide warranty team to apply and invoice maximum labor hours as per supplier’s time manual in terms of diagnosis and warranty repairs.• Directly supervise and oversee the Warranty Teams, providing feedback regarding their performance by communicating daily activity reports, weekly progress reports, and monthly/annual task reports.• Conduct warranty training session twice a year for all warranty executives.• Ensure processing of customer complaints accurately in warranty claim submissions.• Responsible for the technical guidance to service support team employees in the region.• Increase staff’s technical knowledge by providing necessary training for service department employees.• Responsible for warranty executive hire or termination decision. Ensure high quality of new hires thorough screening and selection.• Conduct anonymous workshop tests at service locations and warranty mini audit.• Ensure processing of customer debits in case of partial contribution from supplier under goodwill.• Prepare different type of extended warranty policies and execute.• Conduct weekly audits for returned/rejected warranty claims for possible resubmissions.• Train technicians to describe warranty repairs and attach required diagnosis reports to repair order.• Ensure retaining of warranty parts in store and dispose as per manufacturer’s guidelines.• Liaises with technical team to send defective part shipment to supplier for inspection and analysis.

• Monitor workshop team to achieve an efficient operation• Ensure technical literature and special tools are updated• Keep tight control of workshop consumables • Be able to make admin related decisions in the absence of Regional Service Manager• Responsible for local purchases and vendor payments• Monitor technician efficiency weekly/monthly and make necessary reports• Responsible to distribute update information which received from Head Office• Organize training arrangements for Technical & administrative staff• Maintain strict control over administrative staff in following company policies & procedures• Monitor on going profitability in consumable purchases.• Monitor on a monthly basis warranty & service objectives and targets as set out by manufacturers.• Resolve queries from Head Office in matters concerning service• Distribute warranty recalls & campaigns issued by the manufacturers and ensure that they are carried out within specified time limit.• Coordinate with Human Resources in hiring of new employees locally & internationally• Monitor systems and procedures implementation in the branch• Monitor monthly warranty charge back and report to Regional Service Manager

• Ensure claims are accurate in line with supplier guidelines• Monitor claim status report on daily basis in order to rectify pending correction claims• Ensure warranty approval rate should be 100%• Responsible for reconciliation of credit notes with regional accountant• Responsible to claim parts variance through Service Head Office• Ensure tight control over sublets and miscellaneous segments are claimed correctly• Conduct Internal Warranty Audit on all Franchises
