Responsible for leading and managing a team of up to 100 members to hit performance goals set in line with customer demand. Controlling inventory volumes during shift to avoid deviation from original forecasts. Main duties as a people's manager involve creating a safe and friendly environment for the team members, sharing ideas to encourage continues improvement and using formal and informal engagement tools to create a culture of trust,fairness & development to achieve higher motivation level resulting in optimum performance, low employee turnover and higher retention of experienced staff delivering smiles to our valuable customers.
