▪ Sourcing and Development of new customer / Buyers for company.▪ Costing of the garment. ▪ Sourcing of fabrics and accessories either from local market or abroad.▪ Sourcing and develop new Factory for Production and educate factory in all manners where required. ▪ Make planning to meet all Sampling and Production deadlines and supervise merchandising team.▪ Ensure that final products meet customer requirements.▪ Develop process improvements to ensure product quality and productivity with the support of tech team.▪ Ensure smooth and continuous supply chain of production.▪ Analyze and troubleshoot development / production issues in a timely fashion.▪ Familiar with buyers like: Tommy Hilfiger (G111, USA), Buffalo (Canada), Jeaniologie/Walmart (Canada).

- Development and costing of the garment.- Sourcing appropriate factory for right product.- Negotiate with buyers and Factories to meet organization’s demand in terms of pricing, quality, and delivery. - Preparing a complete & realistic Time & Action Calendar upon confirmation of orders in order to execute the same smoothly & in order to ship out within the given time frame.- Sourcing of fabrics, accessories & others required all kinds of raw materials either local market or abroad.- Liaison with Commercial team for Export L/C, BTB L/C & documents operating. - Organizing all required samples to buyers within required time frame.- Preparing a rational production plan prior to start bulk production for each & every item in order to ensure on time shipment.- Coordinating with production & QA (Quality Assurance) team to solve out day to day problems.- Working with Freight Forwarder to load goods in desire vessels/flights to ensure on time delivery of goods.- Preparing and analyzing industry information in order to set business strategy.- Familiar with the buyers like Zara, Mango,Carrefour, Wal-Mart, Sears/K-Mart, USF Collections Inc(USA),Keystone Apparel LLC (USA) , and Kids With Character USA) .- Traveled to Hong Kong, China, and USA to attend Buyer’s meeting.
