1. Managed Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.2. Reconciling the bank statements. 3. Recording and maintain information both in hard and soft copies.4. Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.5. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.6. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing.7. Preparing Debit and Credit notes as necessary.8. Reconciliation of suppliers and customers accounts with the company’s books.9. Maintain and reconcile Petty Cash.10. Communicate with suppliers (Local & Foreign) through email and telecommunication.11. Send Statement of Account to Customers on monthly basis and follow with them on the status of payment.12. Prepare commission statement for customers.13. Submit the collection report to General Manager.14. Monitor, review, and resolve all unrecorded entries/discrepancies on a timely manner.15. Chasing outstanding customer accounts.16. Prepare monthly closing reports.17. Monitor record and analyze all activities of accounts.18. Managing the monthly Payroll for 20 employees.19. Entering JV’s, Bpv’s and Brv’s on a daily basis.20. Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.21. Maintain all bank accounts, prepare bank reconciliation statement and cash reconciliations for review by the Finance Manager. 22. Settling and reconciling the Point of Sales (POS) transaction.23. Preparing monthly Creditors and Debtors statement of accounts.24. Assist in year-end closings with Finance manager and Auditor .25. Managing team of 2 junior accountants and one Accountant.26. Communicating with system developers.27. Maintain & reconcile inter-companies and inter-branches transactions, transfers and adjustments.
